*    Assistance in analysing competitive offers against the customers (URS).

*    Quotations for purchase of new freeze drying equipment to specific requirements, particularly pilot and industrial plant. This includes steam sterilisation and full automation.

*    Additional technical support with project management during equipment build acceptance trials and final installation and commissioning. This includes liaison between customer and manufacturer.
